Jeudi le 18 juillet 2019

Dear AJC members,

Your Negotiations Team is pleased to report that we have reached a tentative agreement with the Employer. The agreement in principle will see our members receive an 8.26% increase in pay over 4 years and includes an agreement to complete two (2) joint pay studies comparing LP salaries with 1) internal and 2) external comparators which may result in further additional pay increases made retroactive to May 2018.

Please consult the FAQ on the Tentative Collective Agreement. The full text of the Agreement can be found here. As well, all the documents relating to the Tentative Agreement and Joint Pay Studies can be found in the Collective Agreement section of this website.
