  • If a member advises the AJC that they want to file a grievance with respect to the pause of the LP-01 Training and Development Program, the AJC will prepare a grievance and send it to the member to sign via DocuSign.
  • After the grievance is signed by the member, an AJC representative will sign the grievance, and file it with the employer.
  • The only parties who will know that the member has filed a grievance are the AJC, the member, their manager, and any related labour relations staff members at the Department of Justice.
  • There will be no further steps taken until a hearing date is set for the first level hearing of the grievance.
