  • The AJC has developed two different grievances, depending on the circumstances of the member.
    • Category 1: members who submitted their Workplan to their manager in or around April 2025, and who expected to be promoted to LP-02 in August 2025.
    • Category 2: all other LP-01 members.
  • The AJC drafted the language for the grievances in a broad and inclusive manner to ensure that no arguments would be precluded during the grievance process. Members cannot change the language of the grievance.
  • Filing an individual grievance will allow members to obtain individual remedies if the grievance is successful.  
  • At this time, we will be filing over 150 grievances regarding the Employer’s decision.
  • As with all grievances, the AJC maintains carriage over the grievances.
