The negotiated settlement provides the strongest and most certain outcome for members, including remedies that would not likely have been achieved through the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board or the Federal Court. The AJC agreed to no longer support individual grievances, in light of the offer on the table, which was assessed as fair, reasonable, and more favourable than the likely outcomes through litigation.
