With notice to bargain served in May, your union’s bargaining team will meet with the employer in October for AJC’s first bargaining sessions.

“Our first meetings will set the tone for the months ahead as we negotiate a strong new collective agreement for more than 3,500 AJC members,” says AJC president Gregory Harlow. “We are heading to the table with a strong member mandate and will work at every step to secure concrete improvements.”

Initial meetings between your union and the employer will focus on exchanging priorities and will provide AJC’s first indication of how serious the employer is about making meaningful improvements to members’ working conditions.

Your bargaining team will meet with the employer on October 14 and 15, 2026, with more dates to follow. We will share key updates as negotiations unfold.
