If you are now an excluded member but were not when you filed a grievance, you will receive the same compensation, and the Employer will contact you directly.

It is important to note that the AJC is not able to file grievances on behalf of excluded members. However, we may file a grievance if the member occupies a position that has been proposed for exclusion.
