Neither time spent as an articling student in the Program nor as a term employee counts in the calculation of years of service for purposes of compensation under the settlement agreement.

However, the experience gained as a term LP-01 or in the private sector can be added as experience for the purposes of examples for your workplan and promotion under the Program.

The Employer will rely on the period between the date you entered the Program as an indeterminate LP-01 and August 2025. Time spent in acting assignments or on secondment has not been deducted.

The settlement’s compensation is based on your time as an indeterminate LP-01 in the program.
