Update on Retro Performance Pay

You will recall that when the Collective Agreement retroactive pay implementation was being finalized, retroactive adjustments to Performance Pay paid in previous years were not done. (See our December 21st 2018 communique here). In our February Newsletter we also advised that we would continue to work with many of you who came forward to inform us that the Employer's claim that all retro pay had been paid was inaccurate and escalate the system issues that arose from the retroactive pay adjustments.
The Employer has now confirmed to us that all retro adjustments to Performance Pay as part of the CA implementation exercise have been completed for the entire LP group. Should this not be the case, please let us know at admin@ajc-ajj.ca
More recently, we received reports from a few of you to the effect that performance pay for 2019 is being paid out based on old rates of pay. We are looking into this and will keep you informed of any new developments on the issue.
